Temporary Office Relocation – Galaxy

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be advised that due to a recent fire in the unit adjacent to our Galaxy warehouse and offices, we are immediately relocating our office staff to ensure their safety and maintain service continuity. As a result, we must temporarily pause our main office operations starting at 2:00pm on Friday, September 25th.

Please note the following details regarding our services and availability during this transition:

• Galaxy Warehouse: Operations will remain unaffected. The warehouse will be open as usual from 7:30am to 4:30pm on Friday, September 25th, and the pick-up counter and warehouse will continue to operate from the Galaxy location until further notice.
• Milner Office Support: Our Milner office is completely unaffected and can assist with any urgent inquiries Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, at 416-291-5500 or by email at jdomingo@emergencylighting.ca.
• Resuming Operations: We anticipate fully re-opening at our new office location on Monday, September 28th at 7:30am.
